Meet The Team
Everything starts with a polite knock on your door. This is when you will meet one of our exceptional foremen, who is going to manage the job and be responsible for the site during the project.
In the video, we introduce Harry, who is a critical part of the Beechwood Tree Care team and has been for many years.
Following the initial introduction with the project foreman, you will also get a chance to meet the rest of the team so you are familiar with everyone on your site during the service. In this case, we introduce two of our incredible tree surgeons, Flynn and Ollie.
While our team is on your site, they may need to park their vehicles on your drive but will always ask permission before doing so. We take the time to discuss our requirements and the needs of the Beechwood Tree Care team handling your project, so you are aware of everything that is happening at your site.
Rest assured, every member of our team is fully trained and will be respectful of your property, working to ensure minimal disturbance to your daily routine during the project.
The Tools Of The Trade
Once the introductions are over and we have spent some time discussing the needs of the Beechwood Tree Care team during the project, you will soon see two vehicles arrive.
The first, what we like to call our ‘chip truck’, is our trusty waste disposal vehicle. This is where we dispose of all the waste generated during our work, allowing us to keep your site clear and safe at all times.
The second vehicle, the welfare truck, plays a much more interesting role.
Like many of the Beechwood Tree Care Team, our foreman Harry never turns down a cup of tea – and with our welfare truck, he doesn’t have to. The vehicle boasts a small kitchen in the back, complete with all the necessary tools to keep our team comfortable, hydrated and fed during the project.

Respect for Your Space
At Beechwood Tree Care, we understand that having workers in your home can sometimes be uncomfortable. This is why we are committed to making our work seamless for our clients – we won’t even bother you for a cup of tea or to use the bathroom.
Not only are our welfare trucks kitted out with a kitchen and the necessary appliances, but they also come with a toilet. You don’t need to worry about grubby tree surgeons knocking on your door for bathroom breaks, allowing you to carry on your daily routine undisturbed while we crack on with the task at hand.
The Beechwood Tree Care team is committed to respecting your site and our clients, which is why we do more than just leave the space clean at the end of the project. With our welfare truck, we can ensure all of our needs are met too without any disturbance to you.

If you have any concerns or questions throughout the day or as the project goes on, your foreman is always available to chat.
