What's Available
We currently have 2 senior roles available for experienced, qualified arborists who are ready to take their career to the next level and be part of a proactive senior management team. These roles provide a mix of hands-on tree work and management responsibilities.
These roles are perfect for individuals who want something more than just 5 days a week on the tools. We’re looking for leaders who are eager to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company while having the opportunity to develop their skills in management and training.
Arborist Surveyor/Senior Foreman
- 2 days out on the tools as a foreman
- 2 days meeting customers and pricing jobs
- 1 day of admin (Office/Home)
Arborist Trainer/Senior Foreman
- 4 days out on the tools as a foreman
- 1 day up-skilling other team members
